For 8-up we offer private lessons, western, all levels are taught at our farm. We teach year round and students learn all aspects, catching and haltering, grooming, groundwork and saddling.

We are happy to offer homestead skills workshops to 12 years old up.

Farm tractors , skid steers, excavator, fencing, car, trucks, trailers, farm trucks, fire and fireplace, manure management, plumbing, and toilet and sink repair plus many more trades to learn.

8-up Classes usually have between 12-15 kids The classes are one and a half hours, there are 12 classes. 18-hour course, cost is $425 per student. These classes are taught on our 147-year-old working farm in Lehi. This is a unique experience, hands on, up close and personal. Your kids will not soon forget.

For the 12 and older 12 one and a half hour classes. This is an 18-hour course. Cost is $425 per student. Our goal If you’re looking at this course you probably already have an idea of what animals can do for the soul. We hope to open new ideas for students, weather that’s thinking about a career, a hobby, or self help. For some of us working with animals is our purpose, they need us as much as we need them. Every student, young and old has left our farm with an experience they will never forget.

Students will spend between 90-120 hours depending on the school requirements on the farm, in person helping, learning and doing.

Interns must be 16 years and older, with the ability to drive and access to a phone. Contact your schools councilor for school credit information. Each student can choose their own path through our program, gardening, equine, cattle, goats, sheep, bees or ground care.

Inters will have first option to fill in with classes, help during farm experiences and even earn money for school. There are a lot of after hour projects and weekend projects that always need volunteers.

Interns get first option for availability in our 4H group, we are proud 4H supporters and run a wild and crazy 4H group, between rabbits, chickens, horses, cows and goats we can help navigate through the shows, animal care and much more.
